IT'S SHAVUOT!

In celebration of Shavuot, we offered kosher dairy menu on Thursday May 28th

This was our news for that week:

Shavuot has a double significance. It marked the all-important wheat harvest in the Land of Israel (Exodus 34:22) and it commemorates the anniversary of the day when God gave the Torah to the nation of Israel assembled at Mount Sinai.

The holiday is one of the Three Pilgrimage Festivals of the Bible. The word Shavuot means “weeks” and it marks the conclusion of the

Counting of the Omer.

Menu for Shavuot:

  • Bulgarian Cheese Biscuits,

  • Savory Bread Pudding,

  • Pizza Bourekas,

  • Baked Salmon with Greens & Nut Crust,

  • Vegan Cheese Spread

  • And Desserts...

  • "Milky" Chocolate Pudding,

  • Deconstructed Cheesecake,

  • Vegan Chocolate Pudding
