Rice and beef stuffed cabbage in a tomato broth, Onions filled with beef, rice and raisins in a red wine reduction, Tomato Shakshuka (eggs poached in a tomato, herb and garlic stew), Green Shakshuka (eggs poached in spinach, mushroom, onions and cream), Mafroum (Libyan stuffed potatoes in tomato sauce), Hungarian goulash, Cholent (traditional slow-simmered stew with chunks of beef, beans, potato, onions and paprika), Chreime (spicy Moroccan fish)
